Palacio del Flamenco

Palacio del Flamenco was quite an experience. Upon arrival they welcomed us into a room where they had a large monitor playing about the history of Flamenco. Soon after two dancers came in an gave us a little private flamenco dance lesson to get our feet wet into what it takes to be a flamenco dancer. It was fun and very engaging and got our juices flowing. After everyone was pumped up, they allowed us to enter the seating area. We did get the VIP package, therefore we were very close to the stage, however, it looks like all the seats were pretty good seats no matter where you sat. We were then served our food. The food was mediocre. It was not so bad, but it wasn’t great. The performers were superb. Our favorite was the older lady, who seemed to be the most seasoned of them all. They were all good, but she was a force to be reckoned with. It was a great experience. You have to see a Flamenco show when in Barcelona.
