For the past 4 years my husband and I renovated the entire home with freshly painted walls, new flooring, new counter-tops, new updated bathrooms and kitchen. This home is Spacious for a family vacation, girls trip or a business trip with its own master en suite equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay and within minutes from everything in the Heart of Waco.

The space
*Here at Brook Oaks Place we are doing everything on our part to make sure that you have a clean place to lay your head. We will continue to maintain our high level of cleanliness and sanitation practices at Brook Oaks Place.*
It doesn’t matter if you are a couple or a group of 4 our home has plenty of space and comfort for everyone that is traveling.
The entire house is furnished with all the essentials that you will need. The home has an open living area, dining room, kitchen and a separate laundry room with a large washer/dryer set. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher along with pots, cooking utensils and dishes for cooking up your tasty meals while you’re in town.

While my husband and I have spent the past 4 years renovating the entire house we still have to paint the porch so excuse the not so pretty little porch but there are chairs so you can enjoy the view.
There is a a huge backyard that we have not landscaped yet but it is clean to hang out if you would like to bring a folding chair and sit in the backyard.

The house is 2 miles from Magnolia Market, 4 mins from Harp Design, 2 blocks from Camera Park Zoo, 3 mins from Brazos Park East, 3.1 miles from McLane Stadium, 4.4 from Magnolia Table, 2 miles from downtown Waco, minutes from Baylor and more!

Other things to note
We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Waco and have been inspected for both safety and operation standards. Make sure the rental you stay at is licensed!
